What about arrange marriages?

Is it fair that for someone to choose the person for you to marry and spend the rest of your life with? It is ironic that ninety five percent of the time it lasts. It is in that person's culture that when you are committed to someone, it's each other you have and no one else even if you don’t like the person. You never get to see the person before marriage. If when married, a woman divorce her husband, it would be shameful towards her family. Relationships like this work starting with trust, then love and then a strong bond. They can't think of the word "break up", so they don't even try. It is ironic that someone could marry someone that they don't even know and the relationship actually works.
