Controversy in the Arab world.

The constitution of the United States says that a President could only be President two times, for two four years terms. In other states a President is allowed above 20 years. Such as the previous Egyptian president Mubarak (30 years of rule), and the former president Colonel Muammar el-Qaddafi of Libya. Egypt was rules by President Mubarak for 30 years, who is no longer the president. President Colonel Muammar had ruled Libya for 40 years and is still in process of being the president.
            According to the New York times Libya’s president warns that thousands of people would die, he was in power for forty years and refuses to retire. The United States are negotiating about sending U.S. troops to Libya to help overthrow Muammar el-Qaddafi. But they say another controversy might occur with the U.S.  Many people are in fear in Libya. The BBC States that The Egyptian people that are in Libya are waiting for a flight home. Someone from the BBC news mention that it is a “nightmare” in Libya right now.
