Food from Japan stopped from exporting to U.S.

Since The Japanese disaster and the nuclear power plant given off radiation to the waters, Japanese economy is in effect. The U.S. had rejected food supplies from Japan because it is believed that the food could be contaminated. Japanese has the largest economy and they trade food supplies with the U.S. CNN reports that “all milk, milk products, fresh vegetables and fruit from one of four prefectures closest to the quake-stricken Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant will be prevented from entering the United States.” It is bad for the Japanese because there economy will go bad, they won’t have money, and they wouldn’t be making any. However, all food that is produced or manufactured in other parts of Japan will be tested for radiation. The United States imports 4% of food from Japan, if the foods are contaminated and people eat the food everyday for a year; it could be the same amount of radiation given off from one CT scan.
